"Lucinda has been deeply involved with a substantial Grade I listed house nestled in the Shropshire countryside. This architectural gem boasts a remarkable façade attributed to the renowned architect Smith of Warwick and later significant Victorian alterations. Passed down through generations, the residence embodies a history enriched by well-travelled occupants who amassed captivating artefacts from global explorations.

Lucinda always puts great emphasis on the individual nature of each project and in this case, drew inspiration from the family in each room. The brief was to seamlessly weave a thread, binding quirky history with contemporary living standards. Each room has its own character and purpose, and her collaborative approach with the owners has refreshed this unique house.

While responsible for the technical aspects of lighting and bathroom design, Lucinda also oversaw the creations in LMID’s bespoke soft furnishing workroom. Her adept seamstresses were key to realizing her vision, crafting every detail from window treatments to soft furnishings, ensuring LMID’s complete service aligned perfectly with the vision."
