Tim Page-Ratcliff joined Strutt & Parker in 1987, soon becoming the youngest Associate Partner in the firm with responsibility for the Agency Department.  He later became an Equity Partner, Head of Agency (South East), and subsequently Chairman of the South East, establishing himself as the ‘agent of choice;’ dealing almost exclusively with higher value country houses, farms and estates, which included some of the finest properties in the region. 

In 2020, Tim decided to utilise his almost encyclopaedic knowledge of property and reinvent himself as a Search Agent & Property Consultant.  Soon after, Jeannie Pritchard, a Chartered Surveyor with a background in Commercial and Residential Investment and Asset Management, with excellent local knowledge, joined the business.  Unrivalled knowledge of properties across the region, an enviable network of contacts and their professionalism have cemented their ‘best-in-class’ reputation.
