In 1989, Nicola Hulbert established NHID after a successful career working with David Hicks International in London. With a diploma from The Inchbald School of Design, Nicola is passionate about interiors and designs spaces to perfectly reflect the people who use them, ensuring no small detail or request is overlooked.
She has a wide range of clients, many of whom return to work with her time and time again, on a variety of projects. These can range from total house renovations including providing technical layout, joinery and electrical drawings to less complex refurbishments.
Interior Design
"This project was a complete refurbishment of a property in central London, including some structural work and reconfiguration of the space. Our brief included the design and fit of a new kitchen and bathrooms, the design of the lighting scheme, and the sourcing of furniture and floorings, as well as ensuring that the work was carried out as expected and liaising closely with the client. We sourced our items from a variety of places, including Chelsea Harbour, and the client already had some items that she wanted to use. We had been recommended to this client by an existing client, which is how we get the majority of our work."
