How would you describe your style?

I believe in effortless luxury – style that is tactile, immersive and glamorous but doesn’t try too hard. I like to say that in my interiors you should feel equally comfortable in jeans or a cocktail dress.

Please describe a recently completed project or tell us about the bespoke service that you offer

We recently completed an apartment in London which is a space that combines glamour with comfort, the use of contrasting textures and patterns feels individual and creates a one-of-a-kind home. The sitting room has a natural palette that, combined with the textural layering, comes together to feel soothing and harmonious. Although there isn’t a single plain material within the room, it feels calm rather than frenetic. Harmonious colours ground the vibrant fine art, whilst walls papered in linen, silk and herringbone and furniture in velvets, linens, patterned silks, mohair and embroidered raffia emphasise the tactile nature of the home. I’ve always had a passion for materiality, this now translates into a signature aspect of the Atelier’s design style. Favourite textures of mine include rich cut-velvets for upholstery, deeply grained woods, hammered metallics, vintage mirroring, coloured marble, lustrous gemstone finishes and raffia wall coverings.
