Founded in 2018 by Holly Shanly, Aspen House Interiors is a boutique studio offering interior design and project coordination services across London and the Home Counties. Holly has spent the past fifteen years immersed in the worlds of property and interior design, from working for one of London’s most successful buying agents to designing and coordinating residential renovations for private clients. Her breadth of experience within different sectors of the industry has given her a unique insight into what it takes to turn a house into a home.
Whilst every project has its own unique set of requirements, their collaborative, flexible and good-humoured approach is a constant in everything they do. "We have recently completed the renovation and furnishing of an apartment in Soho for an international family who intend to use it as a London base.
Our clients were initially drawn to the abundance of natural light and the location of the apartment but the soulless developer-finish was not something they were prepared to live with. We were tasked with replacing the flooring, both bathrooms and redecorating throughout with the aim of adding warmth and personality to an otherwise bland collection of rooms.
Following completion of the building works the apartment was fully furnished and included a tactile mix of materials and fabrics chosen in accordance with our clients’ personal tastes."
