Leona Drey, founder of LJD Interiors, is a newly emerging self-taught interior (residential/rental) and fabric designer based in East Sussex. She can accept projects in the South East/London areas and remotely anywhere in the UK. Leona's approach is to make interior design accessible and enjoyable for everyone. From designing one room to a whole house to guiding clients who wish to manage their own renovation, she ensures that their home reflects their personality, meets their needs and at the same time is stylish and fun. Leona's goal is to create beautiful, artful, colourful and practical environments that bring a timeless and elegant feel to every space with a touch of old-world style. Leona carefully considers the impact on the natural environment when designing, incorporating vintage objects, bringing a new life to furniture in her designs and sourcing tradesmen locally. Her fabrics are printed in the UK and printed to order. Leona respects the architecture of the interior spaces, and she incorporates her own hand-drawn fabrics into her interior designs. Leona’s unique, creative and playful fabric designs are her own take on Modern, Nordic, Slavic and traditional classical patterns.
