"We follow the RIBA Plan of Works where applicable, breaking your project down into stages. We generally follow the below method: 

Feasibility Studies: we can undertake this stage if you have a number of options you wish to explore. This stage can be extremely valuable in helping to define the brief and scope of the project. 

Concept Design: working alongside the client, we develop the direction of the project. Our deliverables include plans, sketches, mood boards, material and fabric swatches, colour palettes and plenty of inspiration. 

Detail Design: once the concept is determined, we take the project through to a level of detail suitable to develop your budget. This includes CAD drawings, the scope of work and specifications. 

Tender Stage: we prepare a package and liaise with builders as required to obtain competitive costs on your behalf. We can suggest builders or work with your preferred builder. 

Construction: we can manage your project through the construction stage, liaising with the builder ensuring your design is accurately realized. We also value the work being done and authorize payments. 

Furniture and Window Treatments:  we can supply and install all elements of the project, working with trusted partners in delivering all elements to finish off your home."
