Sarah Brown Interiors is an interior design studio based in West London with clients in the UK and abroad. Renowned for our intriguing use of colour, we create unique moods and identities for each room whilst retaining a strong vision of a balanced, workable whole. At the heart of our practice is a commitment to functionality. Bespoke joinery and a considered combination of antique and contemporary furniture is sourced with comfort and practicality in mind. We view each project as a creative collaboration and we actively encourage our clients to discover and express their own individual style throughout the process. Our interiors are layered with unique artworks and objects, textured fabrics and enlivening patterns. We strive to deliver projects that feel personally meaningful, as opposed to anonymous or trend-led.
We are refreshingly approachable with an innate ability to bring out the best in our clients and third party suppliers, taking your project through from conception to completion and making it an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for all.

How would you describe your style?
"We design liveable interiors with longevity. Our projects strike a balance between contemporary and classic, urban and country, invigorating and restful, restrained and relaxed. By exploring this ‘space between’ we have established a reputation for creating warm, inviting interiors that conjure a sense of joy and luxurious ease."

"We recently worked on an elegant house in Brook Green where the previous owners had prioritised style over practicality. Our task was to make this a home that works for every member of the family.
On the ground floor, both reception rooms have been painted in soft, neutral shades accented by bold, colour-blocked joinery. During the day, the rooms provide a comfortable, calm space to work or relax. Come the evening, the floor-to-ceiling curtains are drawn and the rooms become a cocooning space for reading or entertaining.
A joyous playroom has been created in the basement. Here, we have designed ample space for toy storage and a bespoke window seat. This bold and uplifting room has been accessorised with playful fabrics and a selection of vintage film posters.
On the upper floors, the master bedroom and dressing room are now a soft, enveloping grown-up space, whilst the children’s rooms have been wrapped in lively patterns and furnished with a combination of contemporary and antique furniture."
