At Naturalmat, we’ve been pioneering sustainability in the mattress industry since 1999, recently becoming the first B Corp-certified bed company in the UK. We handcraft all of our beds, mattresses and bedding at our solar-powered workshop on the banks of the River Exe in Devon and our raw materials come from organic, natural and renewable sources. The certified organic wool we use, for example, is sourced directly from farmers on our doorstep in the South West.

Our Mattress for Life Initiative is a first of its kind in the UK and ensures that a Naturalmat mattress will never end up in a landfill. At the end of their lifespan, our mattresses can either be refurbished, recycled or cleaned and donated to charity.

We regularly collaborate with top interior designers and our beds and mattresses can be found in luxury hotels around the world, including Six Senses and The Hoxton.
