The aim was to open up this charming family home and create a beautiful environment giving flow through all the living areas. This included me managing the project with my architect from start to finish. The project involved recreating the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, boot room, back door approach, along with the new cloakroom, hall and inner hall areas. The front and back doors were redesigned whilst also creating new vistas with windows and french doors in the dining and kitchen areas. The project also included the re-upholstery of a number of pieces of furniture and restoration of an antique bed. The approach to the house was transformed by adding subtle yet effective modern outdoor lighting to finish off this delightful project. The family are thrilled to bits with the change in the way they can now live in the house.
