Nicola Burt Interior Design fully renovated this three bedroom townhouse in Hampstead NW3, overlooking Hampstead Village. The 1970s property was tired and dated. Our international client wanted a ‘home from home’ when in London, a place to spend time with family and friends. We reconfigured the entire property to match the client's needs - this included total refurbishment of the bathrooms and kitchen, installing a new utility room, and relocating the boiler from the kitchen to the ground floor. New flooring and full decoration throughout, including painting, window treatments, sourcing furniture and accessories and designing bespoke joinery. As the clients were either based in New Zealand or travelling worldwide, we ran the design process and then project managed the works, taking ownership of the entire process to see it through to completion. We provide input in all phases from initial planning through to design details such as bespoke joinery, specification of finishes, managing contractors and installation.
