Fine Artist Lady Deirdre Dyson has been designing contemporary carpets and rugs for over 20 years and produces a new-themed collection annually. Using the finest, luxurious materials, Deirdre Dyson’s award-winning carpets and rugs are either hand-knotted in Nepal by Tibetan experts, practised in this ancient skill. Deirdre Dyson and her dedicated team offer a complete bespoke design service for both commercial and residential projects in the UK and internationally, from her contemporary gallery space located in London's Chelsea Design Quarter, and now with a dedicated gallery on the Rue des Saints-Pères, Paris. All Deirdre Dyson carpets are made to order from a palette of over 5,000 colours using natural materials; wool, silk or a combination of both and all hand-knotted designs are Goodweave certified.

"Studio Ashby recently commissioned Deirdre to create a suite of rugs including dramatic 10 and 7m long gun-tufted runners for a spectacular contemporary home in South London. The designs were re-workings of Deirdre’s GEO SPRING using colours inspired by the South African bushveld - shades of green, blue and russet brown and create a vibrant palette for the rest of the interior. The results speak for themselves and can be viewed here.
We offer a fully bespoke service; each design can be adapted to any size, colour way or design variation required. Deirdre Dyson rugs and carpets are primarily hand-knotted in wool and silk but gun tufting in 100% wool is also available, for both residential and commercial purposes."
