How would you describe your style?

"We don’t have a definitive style, we prefer to work closely with the client to create a home that is charming, relaxed, and elegant but not too precious. It is of the utmost importance to design a home around the client’s wishes, and we feel this is reflected in the individuality of each of our projects.

We have an open and honest approach to design, our philosophy is to remain sympathetic to the period of the building whilst interpreting our clients’ vision. By guiding them through the design process, we aim to create homes that are warm, comfortable, and familiar.

Over the years, we have built up long-running relationships with returning clients who have entrusted us not only with interior architecture and design but also to provide services such as art consultancy, antique sourcing and the design of bespoke pieces of furniture and joinery to suit their specific requirements."

"We recently had the pleasure of working on a large family home in London. We worked with our client from the first stages of the project through to installation.

With three young children, they wanted us to create a home that would be both comfortable and functional, but importantly, stylish and fun, to reflect their own personalities.

On the ground floor, a large kitchen extension and seating area was connected via bespoke book casing to a more formal sitting room, where the doors could be closed and guests could be entertained. (image 1)

Upstairs we created a sumptuous dressing room as an aesthetic and functional space between the master bedroom and master bathroom. The scheme for the bathroom is fun and whimsical, yet with the addition of soft lighting, becomes an intimate sanctuary enveloping you in a mythical landscape. (image 2)

An important part of our brief was to create a large space for parties. A new three-meter high basement area was created to include a gym, media room, bar area, utility and guest bedroom. In the bar area, we used bold colours, including the red lacquer units, bespoke mirrors, and a fabulous wallpaper which was made in Transylvania. (image 4)

The guest bedroom in this area of the house was painted in Little Greene ‘Ambleside’ to compliment the bespoke headboard which was covered in a Kit Kemp design for Christopher Farr cloth. We also sourced and re-covered an antique bridge chair which was upholstered in Soane’s ‘Gold’ fabric. (image 3)
