Established in 2020, Lydia Allen Interiors is a Surrey-based Interior design studio that creates timeless, laid-back spaces across the UK.
With each brief differing from the next, there is no one-size-fits-all. Lydia collaborates with her clients, tailoring each project to meet their needs and requirements. Relying on her 'black book' of trusted trades, craftspeople and suppliers, the studio creates unique designs and sources one-of-a-kind pieces, ensuring each space is authentic to the client.

"We restored and renovated a gorgeous old fisherman's cottage set within the rolling hills of Trevaylor, a stone's throw from St Michael's Mount, Cornwall.
The cottage had an abundance of character, which was sadly ruined and poorly maintained over the years. Our job was collaborating with our client and contractor to restore and give the cottage a fun, eclectic yet relaxing feeling. We provided the client with a complete end-to-end service, including all hard finishes, kitchen and bathroom re-design, FF&E and project management.
The outcome features handprinted wallpaper, soft earthy velvets, patterns on patterns, a sunny yellow kitchen, handmade Moroccan tiles and various breathtaking documentary-style photographs from the clients themselves.
