Based in London’s Primrose Hill, Cave Interiors is an interior design studio, specialising in high-end residential projects across the UK and overseas. Led by its creative director & founder Georgina Cave and her daughter Anouska, the Cave philosophy goes deeper than layouts and colour schemes. With sustainability central to our approach we create beautiful, stylish and functional homes that stay true to the architecture of the building and most importantly to the needs and personalities of the people who inhabit them.

"We were delighted to work on the complete renovation and design of a Victorian house, overlooking Queens Park over 12 years ago. Previously it was very run down, with no heating and little electricity. It was a joy to restore the many original features including hallway tiles, fireplaces and cornicing, as well as re-using many original items such as the doorknobs and re-purposing old doors throughout, alongside items otherwise destined for the skip into newly designed joinery.
Recently, we were asked back to the project to update the property to accommodate our clients’ now teenage children. Re-use is always at the forefront of each project we do and as our clients loved the original design, most of the elements from our original works remained apart from the addition of a new extension. We created new colour schemes and re-covered furniture where needed. Antiques sourced during the first design still stand beautifully in their place and are central to the home. We extended the original kitchen into the new extension area using reclaimed worktops to match the original and re-painted cabinets in a bold and richer colour for a new lease of life. We added an antique iron chandelier, zinc worktops and other metal finishes, which overall created a layered and relaxed homely feel, that reflects our client’s style. It was a joy to work on this project on both occasions!"
