About Us
Brascote & Company design, produce and hand-finish decorative, solid brass cabinet ironmongery for stand-out, elegant interiors. Specifically designed to adorn kitchen cabinetry and other types of fitted furniture, all products are made in our Leicestershire workshop by our team of skilled artisans and custom-finished to exacting standards in one of our seven bespoke finishes. Born out of a shared passion, Brascote & Company is the collaboration of Chris Taylor, an architectural ironmonger, a metal worker and finishing specialist and Joel Bugg, a furniture designer. It is this shared wealth of experience that brings both quality and effective design in our cabinet ironmongery, with consistent finishing across the decorative range. The collection includes handles, knobs, pulls, cardholders, brackets, coat hooks, slam latches, hinges and finials, magnetic catches, shelf supports and collars.

How would you describe your style?
"Our collection is traditional in style, influenced by Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian and Arts & Crafts designs. Whilst we draw on historical periods in our designs, our cabinet ironmongery is refined and adapted for modern-day use and delivers a timeless elegance to your cabinetry be it traditional or contemporary in character."
Please describe a recently completed project or tell us about the bespoke service that you offer
"Our bespoke design service enables us to custom make and finish a concept of your own vision. We take on unique commissions for kitchen manufacturers, interior designers and architects producing one-off designs for a range of needs. We have considerable experience in reproducing ironmongery patterns found in older properties and we enjoy working with our clients to bring new and unique designs to your project."
