Hendricks Churchill is an architecture and interior design firm located in Sharon, Connecticut, with a satellite office recently launched in New York City. Founded and run by interior designer Heide Hendricks and creative director Rafe Churchill, the firm specializes in traditional living spaces updated for contemporary living.  

Heide and Rafe each had their own established design businesses, but realised three years ago that it made sense to merge the two due to so much of their work being in tandem. By joining under one roof, they can offer their clients a continuity between the architecture and interiors of a project. 

For décor, Heide loves sourcing as locally as possible to keep a smaller carbon footprint. If working with made-to-order companies, she looks for non-toxic and green qualities. She is always on the prowl at estate sales and antique shops, and she stockpiles the finds at the Hendricks Churchill Reservoir.
