About Us
Moissonnier, an icon of French luxury and a recipient of the Living Heritage Company label, has been perpetuating exceptional know-how since 1885.
Fusing together historic styles with avant-garde aesthetic, Moissonnier is blazing a unique trail, steered by emotion, dreams, quirky designs and the highest standards. This attention to the minutest details has culminated in the absolute mastery of all wood-related art crafts and ingrained a continued commitment to preserving the environment.
These values have made Moissonnier a timeless and daringly modern House. Today, Moissonnier is not only a name synonymous with boldness and bespoke design proudly stamped on a complete collection of furniture, but also a luxury brand catering to any interior designer looking for a manufacturer with the expertise to turn their original designs into reality, whether for individual clients or more global projects.
Crown jewel of the decorative arts scene, Moissonnier radiates French lifestyle throughout the world’s most luxurious exterior, deriving 80 per cent of its revenue from international business. Since September 2022, the company has a 180-square-meter showroom in Paris and will open a villa in Dubai by spring 2023. At the same time, Pierre Gonalons, designer and interior architect, is named artistic director and launches his first collection 'In Many Manners'. The beginning of a new adventure for this more than 100-year-old company.

"The Moissonnier catalogue features some 200 designs, available in an infinite range of finishes that have been the company’s greatest strength. But Moissonnier’s artistry also lies in its ability to accommodate any demand for customisation, whether it is a different shade of finish, special ornamental work or bespoke sizes, for both furniture and interior fittings. Special orders make up more than 60% of the company’s production, in true keeping with the legacy of artistic cabinetmaking and its long-standing tradition for unique craftsmanship. To fulfil these special orders, Moissonnier relies on the contribution of its inhouse bespoke design office. Each request is handled in close collaboration with the different workshop teams to determine its feasibility and estimate time and cost. This ensures homeowners and professional customers alike will find in Moissonnier answers tailored to their unique wishes, and even their wildest dreams. Since its inception, the bespoke design office has opened up the contract market, including the hospitality business, and facilitated collaborations with specifiers, both architects and interior designers, from all over the world. Moissonnier is now able to provide them with bespoke services for residential and non-residential projects and deliver its expertise to work sites all over the world. Recently, the bespoke design office’s team was expanded, and a 3D modelling solution was acquired to offer an even higher standard of service. This sustained development may well open pathways to even more opportunities in the future, including services for walk-in closets or kitchen cabinets."
