How would you describe your style?

"From big, family-focused entertaining areas to those quiet, tranquil summer spots we all dream of, we help our clients fall in love – for the first time, or all over again – with their rural gardens. We build long term thinking into all of our larger-scale projects, designing gardens that grow with our clients and can adapt to their needs. That means choosing sustainable and beautiful hard materials – as well as undemanding plants for those who don’t have maintenance help. With considered design and careful planting, an urban garden can be the most beautiful room in the house. Our London-based design work includes everything from full-scale makeovers and transforming problem areas – to rejuvenating tired beds and revitalising a space for a party. We always focus on creating gardens that have depth and character and look amazing – day and night – all year round."

"This promising Kensington garden – the only view from the client’s primary living area – wasn’t being used to its full potential thanks to tricky levels and shade. The client wanted a stylish and classic design that made the garden feel bigger; we divided the garden into rooms using pleached hornbeam, offering privacy from neighbours and giving a real sense of depth. We also created new focal points within the garden to draw the eye from inside. Ambient lighting and refined colour bring a little magic at night, adding subtle drama to a quiet urban retreat that can be enjoyed from inside the house too. Shady areas were planted with hydrangea, sarcococca and small specimen trees for evergreen foliage and warm summer colour."
