Founded by Brenda Maclauchlan in 2003, BB Interior Design is a bespoke design practice, specialising in residential projects across the UK and abroad. From large to small-scale projects, Brenda's friendly, distinctive approach always focuses on the client; collaborating with them to create the home of their dreams. BB Interior Design is committed to making the design process as seamless as possible for the client, builder and all trades involved. Through Brenda's thirty plus years in the interiors arena, she and the team have worked on varied projects in Scotland, London, Switzerland, France, Majorca and Dubai.

"Each of our projects is as unique as our clients. We recently completed two identical luxury apartments for two very different clients. In the first project, the clients were downsizing and had a very large art collection, which in their previous home was fragmented throughout the rooms. We designed the open plan living area around the art and created a gallery on one wall, giving a very strong impact. We took inspiration from the colours in the artwork. Starting with a muted palette, adding layers of tone and texture with a predominant bold accent colour. In contrast, the second project was much more organic. Using linens, natural boucle wools and fabric walls to give warmth and texture. The main thread running through both projects is attention to detail; pieces selected individual to each project and client, culminating in the perfect design for both clients’ personality and lifestyle."
