"We were approached for the full interior design and refurbishment of 80 square metre flat in a central area of Cannes, just a stone’s throw from the well-known rue d’Antibes. The property hadn’t been renovated in a long time, therefore we wanted to unveil its entire potential by enhancing the space and its natural light. Our aim was to create an effortless yet chic space in the simple elegance of the South of France style, to which we added some contemporary elements. A neutral colour palette with accents of sage green, grey, silver, warm browns and bronze was selected to enhance the feeling of visual and physical comfort and create a holiday-like atmosphere. An exciting selection of light and organic materials such as mango wood was combined with hand-crafted pieces, velvets, fresh linen and cheerful prints evoking the coastal living. The completed property features an open space kitchen with a dining and living space, two bedrooms - one with an ensuite bathroom, and a small green terrace. The overall result is a comfortable and welcoming holiday home."
