Bold design runs throughout this luxury two-storey riverside penthouse – the fourth project for the client and another which we completely and seamlessly managed, as they mainly live overseas. The clients have a very clear style and their brief was to realise their vision of a ‘chilled-out Ibiza’. We took the penthouse back to brick, added a new extension to the roof terrace to include two indoor/outdoor rooms with bespoke awnings, outdoor dining and mini-pool. We designed and supplied the kitchen and all bathrooms, detailed and managed the installation of all property elements from AV systems, lighting to joinery, as well as, custom-designed furniture and finishes. On behalf of the client, we communicated with everyone from the main contractor to the crane driver. The base colour scheme throughout the penthouse is black, white and grey – creating a canvas for their prized eclectic and colourful art collection. It is an exciting and creative space that also feels like home. The client: “Bear René took us through the entire process – from point A – Z.
