Inchbald trained, Interior Stylist Anna Wakeham founded Wellesley Place in 2021 to provide affordable Interior Design and Home Styling Services. During her research in setting up the business, Anna found that most property owners she spoke to were keen to style their own properties but simply didn’t know where to begin or where to shop for what they were looking for.
As a result, Wellesley Place was born. The company now provides bespoke Property Styling and Interior Design Services across London and the South. With an established network of interior design and property management specialists, Wellesley Place prides itself on offering personal interior design and styling services to enhance your own home, to residential property staging designed to optimise your property sale or rental return.
We also offer a Personal Shopping Service to those clients that wish to see for themselves what suppliers offer. We can help with fabric, furniture, antiques, lighting and art and because of our flexible approach, we are able to work across all budgets. No project is too big or too small.

Interior Design and Home Staging
How would you describe your style?
"Our style, we would say, is modern British and we love mixing colour and pattern to give a sense of warmth and elegance. We always source British products wherever we can. As we provide both Property Staging and Interior Design services, we also keep our client's main aims in mind, whether that be to furnish a family home, preparing a property for sale or even staging a property for holiday lets. This can bring practicality and longevity of products to become of the utmost importance, but combined with our creative flair we are able to produce a style that will catch the eye."

"Wellesley Place have worked on projects from a full-scale restyle and design of a cottage in the English countryside, to styling and preparing a two-bedroom flat for sale in South West London. We are flexible in our approach and always aim to save clients both time and money in all the work we do. We work on a cross range of budgets and can work on projects both big and small from Interior Design to styling and preparing properties for sale or rental. We are unique in that we also source items for clients from fabric to furniture, antiques, or that much longed-for lamp that you have been searching high and low for. Our extensive ‘Little Black Book’ enables us to provide Personal Shopping days for clients where we take our clients to Chelsea – largely, but not exclusively The Design Centre and Pimlico Road, Chelsea – but also to Tetbury for those who would rather source antiques. Online services are also available for those that prefer to shop from the comfort of their home."
