Stone Age Ltd was founded in 1988 as a specialist supplier of stone products from flooring to one-off bespoke items such as kitchen worktops, vanity tops, floating staircases or fireplaces.
Built on a passion for stone and a focus on providing the best client experience, Stone Age now offers a full turnkey service and employs Project Managers that take you through your stone project, from start to finish. From the initial consultation, we work with you through the design, source, supply and installation of your stone.
Our in-house design team can work from a simple sketch or an architect drawing and our state-of-the-art machinery at our Hertfordshire factory can manufacture pieces to our very exacting standards.
We work with a trusted network of suppliers to ensure we find the right stone for your space, that works on both an aesthetic and practical level. That might be a beautiful classic limestone or an unusual marble, sourced from a specialist quarry. We pride ourselves on our expert technical knowledge and attention to detail and offer after-care advice too, so you get the best out of your stone.
Stone Age also pioneered the pre-drying and treating of stone in the UK, thereby enabling earlier project completion dates.
We have Showrooms in London, Hertfordshire and Harrogate.
