About Us

Clear create exceptional homes in extraordinary places – inclusive of Green Belt, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, National Parks and unconventional parcels of urban land.

Through a combination of planning expertise and intuitive future-focused design, we create homes in challenging spaces and thrive on producing ‘the impossible’ for our clients.

Our innovative team take our client’s dreams from the creation of the concept through to completion, forge lasting relationships and ensure that we strike the right balance between creativity, planning success and budget.

We believe the future is ours to build and are architects of sustainable design, making Net Zero our mission. Our own Studio was completely re-designed in 2019 to be off-grid during the summer months. It is a daily inspiration for our busy team and our ‘home of innovation’ for visitors and our clients.

We work on beautiful large and small homes – in acres of green land and tight-knit urban spaces. Everyone bespoke, and through our creative process beautifully designed inside and out.

Our planning team has enjoyed an 83% success rate over the past 15 years and is adept at meeting the rigorous guidelines of speciality planning requirements in the UK.

Our designs are a mix of traditional and contemporary residential architecture, through to multi-partner commercial projects involving Grand Houses, Hotels and even an Art Deco Cinema.
