"We recently completed a beautiful and captivating residence in Legend Sky Mansions, Kerala, India. The project brings together principles of traditional Indian architecture with the contemporary design of a luxurious London contemporary and lavish feel.
Set on the 17th floor of the recently completed a climatically-conscious luxury tower, the open plan living, family and dining space are inviting to guests, as they take in its splendour from the entrance foyer. Recessed ceilings demarcate different functional spaces while its inset warm lighting creates an ambient relaxing atmosphere.
We have recently been appointed to retrofit a magnificent Grade II* listed building at 28 Portland Place which will see transformation of existing offices into a health, wellness and medical centre. Built c.1776-1780 as a symmetrical block with Nos.26 and 30, No.28 is the central house, emphasised by a giant pilaster order."
