"With over 40 properties fully furnished at any given time, Decoroom works in newly developed or refurbished properties as well as those vacated by owners or tenants.

In the last couple of years, Decoroom has furnished over 30 flats and penthouses at the iconic Battersea Power Station. They have transformed super prime properties in Holland Park, elegant family homes in Regent’s Park and luxury apartments in Mayfair, to name a few.

Their rates vary according to the size of the project and their fee includes transport, furniture installation and removal, so there are no hidden costs.

Decoroom can provide an initial estimate based on a floor plan of the property, followed by a site visit to discuss layouts, style, timings and client-specific requirements.

Furniture installations usually take 2 to 3 days and if the buyer is interested in purchasing the content, Decoroom can provide a price list of the items for sale.

Decoroom also often offers design consultancy to developers and architects, being involved as much or as little as the client requires at any stage of the project. And they are happy to collaborate with interior designers already assigned to the job. They offer guidance and advice on spatial planning, furniture layout, lighting design, paint and paper schedules, and fixtures and finishes.

For super prime properties at the highest end of the market – over £20 million – Decoroom offers a combination of furniture hire and purchase."
