Since its inception more than 25 years ago, UK-based luxury brand Christopher Hyde Lighting has been enhancing interiors all around the world with some of its finest designs from its prestigious classic and contemporary collections.
Skilled artisans produce these covetable luminaires from top-quality materials using traditional manufacturing methods. A choice of different finishes enables clients to tailor these fittings, which are carefully crafted from solid brass with a luxurious patina, to suit any interior.
Clients can select fittings from the brand’s contemporary and classic lighting collections or choose to have a bespoke fitting designed for locations ranging from atriums and stairwells to grand entrance halls that require a one-off statement piece. Whether opting for a standard or bespoke product, clients are ensured fittings are tailored to suit their specific requirements.
In 2020, Christopher Hyde launched a new collection of exquisite wall sconces, a first for the luxury brand. Whilst designed primarily for bathrooms, this collection has the versatility to be used in a range of interiors.
Autumn 2022 then saw the launch of the brand’s latest collections which put more emphasis on contemporary designs than in previous years. Geometric table lamps, hand-blown pendants and wall lights with soft elongated curves feature among these products.

"Our style is a combination of classic and contemporary designs. The contemporary collection comprises minimalist designs and are made from carefully sourced traditional materials such as genuine solid brass, crystal, luxury Italian leather, glass, chinette and linen giving each fitting a modern yet unique design. Using these traditional materials in our contemporary collection gives these modern fittings a classical Christopher Hyde twist.
With more emphasis on contemporary designs over the last few years, Christopher Hyde has introduced collections which include geometric-shaped table lamps, hand-blown glass pendants and wall lights designed with soft elongated curves.
The Classic collection consists of more traditional and ornate fittings. Featuring quality details such as the ‘Cumberland’ an antique silver finished wall light with fine ribbon and decorative grape details. Designed based on nature the Regence wall light includes characteristics of the Rococo period this cast brass sconce is finished in French gold featuring the ‘S’ curve.
The majority of our fittings are made from solid brass with up to 27 different finishes.
