About Us

2021 marks Victoria + Albert’s 25th anniversary. This extraordinary British company was born out of a passion for luxury bathing, and founded with a simple vision: to set the standard for style, innovation and performance in bathing products. To achieve this, Victoria + Albert developed its own unique, high-performance material called Quarrycast™, made from a unique blend of Volcanic Limestone™ and high-performance resins. All Victoria + Albert baths and basins are made from this industry-leading stone composite that delivers unrivalled strength, durability and heat retention.

This material gives Victoria + Albert’s designers and collaborators the freedom to develop beautiful, sculptural shapes. The Amiata collection, for example, was created for Victoria + Albert by renowned Italian design house Meneghello Paolelli Associati and is a Red Dot award winner.

Attention to detail is at the heart of the brand; from the quality craftsmanship and materials that go into each product, to the lifetime support from an expert customer services team. Each bath and basin can be specified in any one of 199 RAL exterior colours. Orders can be dispatched from one of Victoria + Albert’s global distribution centres within days. With the peace of mind of a 25-year domestic guarantee, choosing Victoria + Albert is an investment for life.

"Grantley Hall is an award-winning hotel in Yorkshire, grand yet homely, with sumptuous décor and an old-fashioned sense of hospitality. Richard Sykes, Managing Director of Grantley Hall, believes that Grantley Hall can become one of the finest luxury hotels in the world. The bathroom is a defining room, representing the comfort, indulgence and luxury that the hotel offers. Richard explains, “We started with 75 bedrooms on this project, we scaled it back to 47 bedrooms mainly because of the size and the importance of the bathrooms. The Victoria + Albert bath is the focal point, surrounded with a marble envelope - a canvas to showcase this beautiful centrepiece.”
