The design ethos behind Kavand Interiors is simple: to create spaces that are comfortable, unique, and beautiful. Comfort is achieved by tailoring spaces to the specific needs of the client. Uniqueness comes from sourcing pieces from a range of different vendors including antiques dealers and auctions. Beauty is the ultimate result of careful composition of materials, objects and colours.

However, I believe that the most interesting, timeless, and nuanced spaces are achieved by mixing different styles. In my work you can see pieces, both old and new, from Scandinavia, Italy, East-Asia, and France."

No two clients are the same and I always approach each project with curiosity and openness. As a framework for a successful project, I believe in established design processes and clear client communication. For example, a full-service renovation project with Kavand Interiors would look like this: initiation phase, design phase (including floor plans, 3D visuals, mood boards etc.), construction phase, sourcing and procurement, and installation phase.
