The commissioning of a bespoke kitchen is about creating a product that fits perfectly with your lifestyle. Whether you come to us with a resolved design or a very general idea of what you wish to achieve, we will work to define a clear brief for the design of your kitchen. We offer our expertise through a consultative process that is based on addressing your specific requirements. Following an initial consultation and the development of a concept design we will then issue a detailed quotation and proposal. Should you decide to commission a kitchen from us, our studio team will go on to develop the initial concept into a resolved design. This process is about addressing the realities of the space and resolving practical issues while ensuring the design continues to meet your aesthetic requirements. It is at this stage that we may want to measure items such as crockery and knives to ensure they fit perfectly into your new kitchen. We also undertake a full site survey, liaise with contractors and provide comprehensive service drawings. Towards the end of the design process we produce detailed technical drawings for your approval. Upon sign-off we then formally handover to our workshop team to begin manufacture and dry-fitting in our factory. Discretion is fundamental to our service and our in-house site fitters work to an installation schedule that ensures as little disruption as possible. Once the kitchen is fully installed, a named director will snag the project; we pride ourselves on delivering the work of the highest craftsmanship and consider this stage to be a crucial part of our client handover process. We also promise to follow up with an aftercare visit within a year after installation to check that everything is just as it should be.
