This was the full refurbishment with two extensions to a large house in Sevenoaks. We provided a full service on this project including gaining planning permission. The client brief was to add light and update their vernacular style Sevenoaks home. They wanted a ‘wow' factor which was achieved with the glass facade to the rear of the property. Also the open-plan and flow of the ground floor rooms was greatly improved by opening up and connecting the different spaces with the option of closing off the rooms with sliding doors. Certain original features like the stair were re-decorated. The light levels were also improved with a new lighting system which is controlled along with security, AV and blinds by a home automation system. New flooring was introduced throughout with a large ‘product' kitchen. Various bespoke joinery items were designed complemented by beautiful soft furnishings, furniture and light fittings.
