Examples of our work include the refurbishment of a 3,500 sqft loft in Tribeca, NYC for past clients. Having been rent controlled for years, this apartment had to be stripped back to its bones whilst retaining and exposing some of the more valued original features. We remodeled the whole apartment to create a sequence of new rooms to suit our clients’ brief for a family home. We designed the interiors and furnished each space with a strong industrial-luxe edge and included wow-factor finishes and features throughout the apartment. We have recently completed the full refurbishment of an apartment in a Grade II Listed property in South Kensington, London. We reworked the interior layout and reinstated some key period features that had been lost by past owners. These features were juxtaposed with a new, contemporary, clean and beautiful interior with a palette of soft neutrals and warm greys. Our design includes state of the art AV and lighting systems, luxury finishes and plenty of bespoke joinery to maximise the functionality of each and every room.
