How would you describe your style?

"Known for its ‘New English’ style which can be applied in city and country homes alike, Sims Hilditch is led by a desire to create high-quality timeless interiors which are suitable for modern living. Our design team foster a curated, layered approach to our projects, comprised of natural textures, vintage artwork and antique furniture. This, paired with more contemporary touches creates the perfect blend of old and new. Playful colours and patterns are also a prominent feature in our designs. In our recent studio update, we selected a whimsical palette of blue and terracotta. This was inspired by the reclaimed brick that is part of the studio’s original listed structure and the blues in the surrounding Cotswold landscape."

Please describe a recently completed project or tell us about the bespoke service that you offer

"We recently completed works to a picturesque family home in Jersey with beautiful views overlooking the peninsula. This project was the first of several that we have underway on the Channel Islands and marked a real milestone in its completion. The aim was to design a home that maximised the property’s sea views while creating a space that is suitable for everyday family living. The reconfiguration of the layout brought the kitchen into the heart of the home and allowed the transformation of a former swimming pool into a Great Room, with a trio of double doors opening out onto an expansive garden.

We also have the pleasure of working on a number of projects in the Cotswolds, Estates in the Scottish Highlands and East Sussex and a smart apartment in London."
