About Us

Intended to bridge the gap between the worlds of art and interior design, Projects On Walls is a fine art sourcing, curating and advisory platform for both residential and commercial interiors. Founded by Scarlett Colicci, a visual artist herself, who completed an MA in Fine Art at the Chelsea College of Art. Through her relationships with established galleries, independent studios and artists themselves, Scarlett sources unique pieces of art for her clients, from emerging contemporary art to antique maps, sculpture, textiles, works on paper and everything in between.

We were recently approached to source a collection of artwork for a period family home in Hampstead, London. The brief was to find an eclectic mix of artwork that was in harmony with the rest of the scheme but that also stood out to become a real feature. The furnishings were a mix of deep blue hues alongside an array of natural materials ranging from wood to ceramic. We sourced a variety of pieces, starting with a wood-cut Chine-collé diptych for the living room, a statement abstract painting for the entrance hall, an ethereal landscape etching for the guest bedroom, a pair of collage works on paper for the second guest bedroom, a cluster wall for the master bedroom alongside several other works around the home. Once the artwork was confirmed we put together various framing finishes from wood moulding to mounting. The client opted for a mix of styles, including float mounting, tray framing, box framing etc.
