About Us

At Kaizen we design, engineer and produce bespoke furniture, exclusively made for each client. No matter how big or small your project, we can create everything from single pieces of furniture to entire bathrooms, bedrooms, dressing rooms and kitchens or furniture for commercial spaces. We work in every material – from timber and acrylic to glass, metal and stone. At Kaizen we work to create solutions, not challenges for our clients. Our well-trained team of experts take care of the entire process, from developing a design through to production and ultimately installation. By managing a project from start to finish and down to every final detail, we can ensure that everything comes seamlessly together, on time and on budget.

We can work to any style, from traditional and highly decorative to contemporary or minimalist.

Please describe a recently completed project or tell us about the bespoke service that you offer

We are passionate about making high quality furniture that is tailored exactly to our client’s demands. No two pieces are ever the same so our creations are bespoke in the truest sense of the word - it’s this uniqueness which we believe is the ultimate luxury. Working directly with interior designers and architects or private clients, Kaizen create everything from freestanding pieces of furniture to top-to-bottom joinery for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, dressing rooms, studies, cinema rooms, wine stores and more. We are recognised for our quality and approach rather than a particular design aesthetic - the more complex and unusual the design, the more we enjoy the challenge of creating imaginative and practical solutions for our clients. And we don't just work with timber - we can incorporate any material, from timber and acrylic to glass, metal and stone. All of our pieces are manufactured in the UK, and we pride ourselves on representing the very best in British craftsmanship.
