"The brief was to create a modern, comfortable family home with separate accommodation for staff or visitors. To achieve the desired result, this Victorian house was completely refurbished and transformed, creating a substantial, luxurious home with a garden annexe. The ground floor has a drawing room, full library, and games room in addition to a spacious extension with an impressive kitchen, unique bespoke dining table and comfortable family room area. There is also a full utility room and shower room, as well as understairs storage. Upstairs are five bedrooms and three further bathrooms and more storage space, all done to a high standard to meet every need. A short walk across the stunning new garden takes you to a studio apartment with a kitchen and en-suite bathroom and concealed garden storage."
