Casa de Quinta is a stunning new build property on the exclusive Val do Lobo estate in The Algarve, Portugal. The design brief was to emulate a chic, continental style using our bespoke design services. We worked closely with a talented team of Architects and builders to create a property unlike any other Villa in the area. The interiors reached beyond the inside walls as stunning living spaces were created on the terraces and sun decks. Hidden courtyards with bespoke water features and fire pits created destinations where guests could find peace and tranquility. The stunning spiral staircase is the spine of the building that twists from the cocktail bar in the basement right to the top of the sundowners bar on fourth floor. The stones used throughout the property were sourced from all over the world, some of them thousands of years old, giving this new build property a soul and a story. The Villa needed to appeal to potential buyers and new clients as it launched a top end villa company specialising in building unique, luxury properties throughout Europe.
