Creative Director Angus Buchanan co-founded the studio with his wife, Charlotte, following many years working at a set designer for luxury global brands and publications including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Burberry, Versace and Dolce & Gabbana. In addition to interior design, the studio also offers set design, art direction, event design and branding, enabling the team to offer a unique and holistic design approach. Their design portfolio includes highly original restaurants, retail spaces and private homes around the world.

"Angus' style is classic and elegant whilst also highly creative and strongly influenced by his roots in set design and luxury fashion. His childhood was spent in the English countryside with two deeply creative parents, which instilled a strong country aesthetic with a particular love of craftsmanship, outdoor living and treehouses! Having spent his adult life in London, Angus' aesthetic is underpinned by cutting edge design and technology whilst retaining a sense of classic English sensibility and romance that permeates all of his work, and a particular love of antique and vintage pieces. No two projects are ever the same, as Angus is always striving for originality and engaging projects that he can take on with genuine heartfelt passion and intensity."

Whilst there are common threads that run between our projects, we view each independently, carefully teasing out individual style and identity to help clients realise their vision. We firmly believe that all projects must have integrity, a clear aesthetic and be solution orientated, we don’t follow trends and conventions, instead, we work closely with our clients to reflect their personality and ensure that we create a space they love. Most of the furniture in each of our projects is either designed by us especially for the space, or is vintage and antique which always results in a very unique outcome."
