About

Makers designs and creates bespoke, luxury kitchens, made to last a lifetime. Driven by a dedicated team of expert designers and furniture makers, the company operates from its London showroom and workshop, carrying out projects across the UK.

Founded by furniture designer Justin Brown, Makers’ ethos is centred around original, bespoke design and furniture created for its clients’ homes and lifestyle. Justin is supported by an experienced and passionate team of furniture makers and designers who oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial plans and design discussions to installation and final finishing touches, ensuring familiar faces are with clients every step of the way. No two designs are the same, with Makers’ craftsmen able to turn their hands equally to a timeless shaker kitchen or an architecturally inspired, modern design.

Makers’ combination of design and craft skills sees the team custom-building furniture not only for the kitchen and its adjacent spaces, but throughout the house: from perfectly appointed bedrooms and bathrooms to beautifully fitted-out dressing rooms and boot rooms. Alongside fitted furniture, Makers designs bespoke freestanding furniture, such as dressers and sideboards, creating perfect pieces to elevate any room in the home.

Sustainability is at the heart of Makers’ processes, combining traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology with premium materials.
