House Nine is a London-based interior architectural design practice that specialises in timeless interiors for Clients throughout the UK and abroad.
The studio was established in 2015 by Design Principal Jojo Barr, whose honesty & professionalism have attracted a loyal following of exceptional Clients, on projects that span from residential refurbishments and new builds to key commercial and award-winning hospitality fit outs.
Under her watchful eye, her enthusiastic and highly capable team have completed a number of high-end residential properties, large developments and hotel projects across the UK and overseas.
She believes in a hands-on approach to design, creating individuality in every new assignment, by applying vigorous research and understanding of the client's brief as well as a deep understanding of the nature of the building and its surroundings, ensuring that no one project feels the same.
“I strongly believe in authentic, timeless design where warmth, honesty and informality are the basis for my practice and feed through into everything we do. I have a strong understanding of how interiors come together, from the architecture of a space to the furniture and soft furnishings that fill it. Each element is essential to creating one cohesive look that is both considered and uncomplicated.
