About Us

Founded in 2009, Claudia Dorsch's Hampstead-based showroom and design practice offers clients 'concept to completion' interior architecture, design and styling services. They work on projects ranging from new build homes to single room schemes. Colour and styling consultations are popular with London-based clients, and often these will be expanded into larger renovation and furniture design and sourcing projects. Claudia and her team deliver a memorable, transformative and value-enhancing service through collaboration and keeping their clients' dreams and desires at the heart of everything they do. They aim to be a catalyst for positive change in our clients’ lives, going beyond their initial expectations and thereby making the design journey a mutually enjoyable experience.

How would you describe your style?

"Our design philosophy is singularly focussed on every client’s individual aspirations, hence there is no ‘house style’. Our signature is a commitment to service, quality, and sustainability. Our aesthetic interpretation for each project is inspired by the understated, authentic, colourful, creative and eclectic atmosphere that is observed in Hampstead and we apply these insights to projects worldwide delivering unique designs each time."

"We transformed the interior design and interior architecture of this Victorian semi-detached house near Hampstead Heath over a nine month period during which no room was left untouched, yet the clients never moved out ; we devised a flexible schedule moving the family accommodation around as well as working intensively through holidays. The brief was to inject colour into a white shell and sympathetically update the interiors with a view to creating a vibrant and practical home to display a growing art collection and suited to the lifestyle of a family with three young children. One overriding principle of the project was to source locally, using British made products and use only natural and sustainable materials.

The rooms on the ground and first floor were entirely restyled with accent colours using paint and wallpapers, new textures for window treatments and upholstery, revised room layouts and bespoke furniture, rewiring and adding new lighting as well as adding and updating joinery and architectural details. The upper floors were structurally re-designed with new partition walls and rooms were reallocated to provide three children’s bedrooms and a separated home trading office which now allows our client to improve his lifestyle and spend more time working from home. This unique project allowed us to demonstrate our full range of design services; from colour and furnishing schemes, spatial planning, designing bespoke furniture, soft furnishings and joinery to executing complex project management meeting a tight deadline."
