About Us

Founded over thirty years ago, Christopher Peters Kitchens and Interiors' origins lie in antique furniture sourcing, which in turn led to bespoke commissions. Today, the studio designs and makes beautiful bespoke kitchens and interiors, hand-built and hand-painted by a team of expert craftsmen in its Warwickshire joinery workshops, just outside of the showroom in Royal Leamington Spa.

Every member of the Christopher Peters Kitchens and Interiors team is committed to creating the perfect installation in terms of design, practicality and aesthetics, where no two projects are ever the same. The team works closely with clients from design through to build, fit and aftercare, ensuring involvement at every stage.

Each item built is created by talented cabinet makers and hand-painters who share a real passion for their craft and take great pride in their work. They each have a keen eye for perfection and fine detail, equally matched by the Christopher Peters' dedicated installers who accept nothing less than the perfect fit for all of their installations.

The studio is renowned for the individual pieces and installations it creates for the home, transforming libraries and studies into tranquil places of calm, and practical spaces like boot rooms, sculleries and utility rooms into organised, functional rooms.

Kitchens, Bespoke Furniture and Storage Solutions

How would you describe your style?

"Our furniture style is classically English with an eclectic flair. Drawing inspiration from original antique pieces sourced over the years, our furniture features period proportions, which as well as giving it its distinctive look, allows it to sit seamlessly within older properties and provides character to newer ones."

Please describe a recently completed project or tell us about the bespoke service that you offer

"We recently completed a kitchen set within a Warwickshire barn conversion that had undergone extensive renovations since its purchase, including recently creating an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The barn is owned by a young family that required a practical kitchen space with an abundance of storage, without diminishing aesthetic value. The kitchen was designed in a simple shaker style with oak interiors and hand-painted exteriors in Farrow and Ball’s Ammonite and Railings. It features a useful combination of drawers and cupboards with a large central island, integrated appliances and tall pantry cupboard with spice racks on the doors, deep pull-out drawers and sliding baskets. Quartz worktop was used throughout, and Armac Martin Burnished Brass handles adorn all cabinetry. The result is a light and bright, family-friendly, sociable and functional space that sits beautifully within this stunning barn conversion."
